How long do the kits last in storage?
Food and water items carry a 5+ year shelf life with dates printed on every pack. Equipment (torches, blankets, tools) lasts indefinitely. We recommend checking your kit once a year.
Why 72 hours?
72 hours is the standard preparedness window used by the UK government’s Prepare campaign – the time it can take for normal services to resume after storms, floods or major power cuts.
Can I customise a kit?
Yes – contact us before ordering and we will do our best to swap or add items (for example for allergies, medication storage or pets).
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment – we deliver to mainland UK addresses.
